We have a 7-day refund policy.

How to Request a Refund If you cancel your account and wish to receive a refund, please contact us directly within seven days of the charge. Note that cancellations are set to take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Refund Conditions Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within seven days of the charge.
  • You have not used your account during those seven days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances We will not issue refunds for:

  • Any usage outside of our seven-day refund policy.
  • Charges from previous months or any additional charges incurred.

Responsibility Customers are responsible for managing their accounts and active subscriptions.
